What are we to expect from the summer transfer window in the Premier League?

The summer transfer window is not far off now, clubs in the premier league will be looking to get their business done early to ensure that their new signings have time to settle. Many football fans are placing their transfer bets using non uk licensed casinos with some here at TBC that have become popular platforms for football fans to be visiting during the games and whilst they wait to see if their clubs will be signing anyone during the window.

Previous windows

During previous transfer windows, there have been some superstar players making moves to different clubs PSG managed to sign five-star players on free transfers, one of these players was Messi, one of the greatest footballers to ever grace the game. Previous transfer windows have seen clubs spending millions on different players to help improve their squads to either push for the title or avoid a relegation battle.

The most recent transfer window saw Lukaku sign for Chelsea in a deal that was around £100 million which is one of the biggest transfer fees that has ever been paid in the premier league. During the same window, Manchester City managed to sign Grealish from Aston Villa for a price of over £100 million was a record transfer fee during the same window.

The summer transfer window

This summer’s transfer window is predicted to be an exciting one with clubs looking to spend large sums of money to improve their squads and to also sell players that are no longer needed or wanted at the club. The summer transfer window is expected to be one of the busiest on records with most clubs having a quiet winter window which is pointing in the direction that they will be having a busy summer window instead.

Some clubs are expected to spend well over £200 million with them looking to improve their squads and push for more trophies to be added to their collections. These days £100 million will only get you one player due to transfer fees for good players now being at a record high and due to agents taking a large cut from the fee as well.

It will be interesting to see just how busy the summer transfer window will be and to see how hectic the transfer deadline day will be with clubs looking to secure last-minute deals before the window slams shut.
